Vicky Ramsey

Vicky Partin Ramsey, age 68, of Tazewell, Tennessee was born on March 14, 1952 and passed away August 10, 2020 at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Mrs. Ramsey was a longtime member of Straight Creek Baptist Church in New Tazewell, Tennessee.

Vicky is preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years, Lon Henry Ramsey, also parents Ulys and Beatrice Partin of Frakes, KY, brothers Warren and Michael Partin, sisters Gloria Partin, Ruthann Adams, Labecca Partin.

She is survived by her children, Chris Bishop (Debra), Suzette Butcher (Scott) of Tazewell, TN, Reba Ramsey of New Tazewell, TN and Lillian Lackey of Roseville, MI.

Mrs. Ramsey also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Breanna Butcher, Christa and Nathan Caldwell, Crystal Singleton and Travis Irwin, Joseph and Angelica England of Tazewell, TN, Johnathan and Nikki England of New Tazewell, TN. Johnny and Ashley Ramsey of Oneida, TN, Lon and Jessie Ramsey of

Melbourne, MI, and Greg Nash of Roseville, MI.

And 14 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Ramsey is also survived by sisters, Lucy Partin, Teresa Eldridge, Linda Jennings and brothers, Carl, Wayne, and Roger Partin, special niece Kimberly Smith and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service for Mrs. Ramsey will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at the Cave Springs Cemetery in Tazewell, Tennessee with Rev. Jimmy Poore and Mr. Steve Ousley presiding. Music will be provided by The Heavenly Heirs. Pallbearers will be: Johnathan England, Joseph England, Eddie Ramsey, Johnny Ramsey, Travis Irwin and Nathan Caldwell. Honorary pallbearers will be her brothers and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted at Cawood Funeral Home of Middlesboro, KY or by Reba Ramsey to help with funeral expenses.
