Troy Freeman

Troy Freeman age 81 of Drakesboro, KY went home to be with the Lord on July 18, 2022.  He was born January 17, 1941 in Little Clear Creek, Pineville, KY the son of the late Dillard Freeman and Lizzie Fuson Freeman.

Troy proudly served his country in the United States Army.  He was also a Boilermaker by trade and a long standing member of the The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers Union.

Troy was preceded in death by his parents as well as one son Troy Dale Freeman, siblings James, Chester, Rose and Cozette Freeman.

Troy is survived by his children:  Mark Freeman, Glenn Freeman and Victoria McKenzie.  Grandchildren: Lucas Freeman, Olivia Freeman, Dustin Blandford and Courtney Blandford. One great-grandchild: Naomie Blandford and several nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by his siblings: John Freeman, Raymond Freeman, Clarence Freeman, Boyd Freeman, Mary Freeman, Dillard Freeman, Jr. and Polly Freeman. In addition to other family and friends.

The family of Troy Freeman will receive friends Friday, July 22, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Fuson Chapel Baptist Church.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Fuson Chapel Baptist Church, Little Clear Creek, Pineville, KY.  Graveside services will immediately follow in the Fuson Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mark Freeman, Glenn Freeman, Kenny Freeman, Ronald Hyatt, Todd Freeman and Teddy Freeman
