Trina Ann Idol

Trina Ann Idol, age 59, of Morristown, TN, formerly of Middlesboro, KY, passed away on December 18, 2023, at Fort Sanders Hospital in Knoxville, TN. She was born August 1, 1964, in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Viola and Charles Carroll, Jr.

Trina proudly served her country in the United States Army. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Trina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Martha and Shard Brown, and Amanda and William Carroll.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard Idol; son, Ricky Idol of Morristown, TN; brother, James Golden of Harrogate, TN; sister, Sherry Baer of Harrogate, TN; special friends, Jennifer Slusher Saylor, Kathy Boggs Williams, Dixie Redmond Daniels, Carol Napier, Icia Brooks, and Karen Southerland; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Trina Ann Idol will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Mr. Dwight Brooks presiding. At the conclusion of the funeral service, family and friends will travel in procession to Mountain View Cemetery in Harrogate, TN, where graveside services will be held.
