Toye Frasure age 83 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 5th. He was born in Frakes Kentucky on November 1, 1936 to the late Clifty and Ange Murray Frasure. He was a faithful member of Hope United Methodist Church. He had served in the Army serving his country and later retired after 40 years from the coal mines as a bookkeeper.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, brothers: Ralph Frasure and Homer Frasure, and sisters: Wilma Frasure and Betty Frasure.
Left to mourn is his loving wife of 44 years, Wilma Hubbard Frasure. You never saw one without the other, they loved one another deeply.
He is also survived by his children: Tracy Frasure Collins and husband Mark, and Travis Frasure and wife Crystal.
Siblings: Kenneth Frasure, Wayland (Judy) Frasure, Jimmy (Deanna) Frasure, JR Frasure, Donna (Denny) Hensley, and Rita Gunter.
Grandchildren: Whitney, Elizabeth, Jenna, Conner, Emily, and Charlie
Great Grandchildren: Ava, Peyton, and Kinsley
And a host of nieces, nephews and friends that will also miss him dearly.
Due to Governor Andy Beshear's Executive Order, given on March 17, 2020, and based on CDC recommendations to decrease the spread of COVID-19, all services will be private.
