Timothy Webb

Timothy Wayne Webb, 58, born June 11, 1963, entered eternal life September 5, 2021 after a short battle with cancer.  Tim loved old trucks and motorcycles. His sense of humor was one of his greatest gifts.  His niece described him perfectly “as big as a bear – mean on the outside – but on the inside  - he was a teddy bear.”   Preceding him in death was his father, Ben Webb and his mother Nadine Webb. He was also preceded in death by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Tim was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church and a member of Pinnacle Lodge 661.

Tim is survived by his wife Tabitha; daughters Nichole and Kimberly Webb, all of Middlesboro and adopted son Mateusz Gugalka of Warsaw, Poland.  Also surviving are his sister Tammy (Perry) Mason and brother Chris (Theresa) Webb; aunts Geraldine (Charles) Prater of Middlesboro, Janice (Wade) Hurst of Athens, Alabama; uncles Arnold (Lucy) Ingram, Ewing, Virginia; Mike (Ruth) Ingram and Calvin (Brenda)Webb, all of Middlesboro, Kentucky.  Tim is also survived by his mother-in-law, Vernell Mullins; brother-in-law Gary (LeeAnna) Mullins, all of Whitesburg, Kentucky.

There are too many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers, Masonic brothers and church family to name.  He loved each of you dearly.

Tim’s two brightest lights and his greatest joy were his grandchildren, Collin and Josie.  He was the best papaw ever and his legacy will live on through them.

Funeral services for Tim will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Covenant United Methodist Church with the Rev. Chuck Shroll presiding.  Music will be provided by Corey Eldridge and Jimmy Rose.

Visitation for the public will begin at 3:00pm until 5:00pm, with Masonic Rites being observed after by all of his brothers. Funeral services will then begin at 6:00pm in the Covenant United Methodist Church Sanctuary.

The family requests that due to Covid, everyone please wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Burial services for Timothy Webb will be private.
