Sharon Boatright

Sharon L. Spade Boatright, age 77, passed away on January 21, 2023 at LaFollette Hospital, Lafollette, Tennessee after a long illness.  She and her twin sister, Karen, were born on January 10, 1946, to the late Mable and Lankford Spade.

In addition to her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by her twin sister, Karen Howard, and brother Buzzy Spade.

Left to cherish her memory are: her husband of forty-four years, Rodger Boatright; nephews, Alan Spade of Louisville, Kentucky and Josh Howard of Jefferson City, Tennessee; and one niece, Haley Davis of LaFollette, Tennessee.

The family of Sharon L. Spade Boatright will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, Kentucky.  Funeral services will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Ray Collett officiating.  Music will be provided by Irving Gipson.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Green Hills Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
