Ruth Barker

Ruth Ann Barker, age 67, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, July 29, 2021.  She was born October 18, 1953, in Harlan, KY; the daughter of the late Curtis Clem and Geneva Clem Russell.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Mike Barker; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, David and Emma Jean Barker; and her sister-in-law, Susie Clem.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Daughters, Lisa Maria (Jackie) Berry of Harrogate, TN, and Misty (Brian) Johnson of Rutledge, TN

Son, Michael David of Middlesboro, KY

Siblings, Robert (Ingrid) Clem of Richlands, VA, Wilma Joyce (Steve) Smith of Maryville, TN, and Curt Clem of Maryville, TN

Grandchildren, Christopher Puckett, Paul Oboroff, Brittany Sexton, Chase Oboroff, and Emily Weeks

Great-Grandchildren, Drake, Jordan, Derreck and Harlow

Stepfather, Jay H. Russell of Maryville, TN

And a host of many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
