Rosemary Leach

Rosemary Leach, age 69 of Middlesboro, KY passed away on Friday, July 10,2020 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital in Harlan, KY. She was born in Pineville, KY on April 15, 1951 to Garrett and Eva (Davis) Shackelford. In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband of 43 years James Edward Leach, sisters, Sarah Catherine, Julie, and Dooley Shackelford and son; Danny Raney.

She is survived by the following family members; Daughters, Stephanie Raney and Mary and Glen Weaver, son; James Leach, Brothers; Vantoy, William and Charlie Shackelford, sisters; Rita Paul, Elizabeth Taylor and Helen Berry. Grandchildren; Amanda Caudill, Jeffery Weaver, Danny Raney Jr, Jeremiah Leach and Jacob Weaver. 9 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members; Danny and Angie Priest and April Kilgore.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, at Cawood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Cawood Funeral Home, officiated by Reverend Larry Kidwell.  A private graveside service to follow at the Buell Cemetery in Calvin, KY.
