Robin Kent Partin

Robin Kent Partin was born on February 7th, 1962. He peacefully passed away at Claiborne Medical Center in Tazwell, Tn on May 30th, 2024

Robin was in the Army 101^st Airborne Division.  He came home and worked for many years as a X-ray technician. When he wasn’t working hard, he was playing even harder. Riding in the mountains listening to music in whatever four wheel drive vehicle he owned at the time. Often times getting stuck and having to walk out. Cars, trucks and guns were some of his passions. He was well known for some of the rides he owned. His favorite was the older Camaros and Jeeps. Talking on the CB back in the day most know him as “hound dog” 

He had many faults in life and took a few wrong paths. But he loved his kids, family and friends. At the end he couldn’t enjoy what he loved the most. He’s now at peace and hopefully throwing some mud with his tires on a mountaintop road somewhere. No longer suffering.

He is now with other loved ones, his mother and father Francis Kenneth Partin and Eula Mae Partin. His grandparent Roy and Myrtle Mathis. Sister Sherry Darlene Partin. Aunt and uncle Shirley and Jr Wilcox. His son who he missed daily Robert Joseph Partin. Ex wife Tammy Daniels who was the mother of his son. 

He left many people behind who will miss him; his brother LeeRoy and Aimee Barnett Partin; daughter, Maddie Rae Rains and her mother, Amy Rains; daughter, Natasha Docen-Taylor; nephews, Isaac Shawn Grubbs, Roger Grubbs, and Benjamin Partin; niece, Leai Partin; and many other cousins and close friends.  

Robin did not want a service. So please remember him fondly, laugh at the memories. Because he sure wouldn’t want us sad over him.
