Pauline Wilder

Pauline Wilder, age 80, a resident of Pathfork, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital in Harlan, Kentucky.

She was born on May 15, 1940 in Pathfork, Kentucky to the late John and Betty Cheek Craig.

She was a member of the Blackstar Pentecostal Church in Pathfork, Kentucky. She was an avid walker and loved spending time with the people in her community.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Virgil Wilder; son, Harvey Wilder; granddaughter, Jessica Marie Wilder; infant sister, Loretta Craig; infant brother, Ralph Craig; brothers George Craig, Frank Craig, Archie Craig and Jerry Craig.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

3 Children: Virgil (Flora Asher) Wilder, Jr. of Molus, Kentucky, Clara (Darrell) McIntosh of Springfield, Tennessee and Donna Wilder of Wallins Creek, Kentucky

Grandchildren: Wesley (Jamie) Wilder, Daniel (Madison) McIntosh, Rebecca (Fahad) Alanazi

Great-grandchild: Carly Grace Wilder

Brother: Austin Craig

Sister: Darlene Craig

And a host of many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at the Cawood Funeral Home in Middlesboro, Kentucky.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, October 12, 2020 at the Blackstar Pentecostal Church in Alva, Kentucky with Rev. J.C. Craig and Rev. Jeff Craig presiding. Music will be provided by the church singers.

Graveside service will follow the funeral service in the Saylor Cemetery in Pathfork, Kentucky. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
