Paul Wilder

Mr. Paul Wendell Wilder, age 83, of Miracle, KY, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 27, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born October 18, 1936, the son of the late Asher Wilder and Nancy Miracle Wilder.  Paul was a member of the Oakdale Missionary Baptist Church since 1993.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Claude and Ralph Wilder; one sister, Irene Taylor; and brother-in-law, James “Alfe” Taylor.

Paul leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Brenda Sue Wilder; son, Phillip Allen Wilder and wife Heather; daughter, Paula Riddlesperger and husband Jason; grandchildren, Jordon Robbins, Skylar Robbins, Jasper Wilder, Carson Wilder and four additional special grandchildren.  Paul also leaves behind his special friends, Rob Wilder, Ewell Hoskins and his church family.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. David Miracle presiding.  Music will be provided by the Oakdale Singers.  Pallbearers will be Jasper Wilder, Carson Wilder, James Gray, Jordon Robbins, Skylar Robbins and Jason Riddlesperger.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Cubbage Cemetery.  Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
