Mildred Sells

Mildred Louise (Barnett) Sells, age 76, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020, at her home in Lewisburg, KY with her sister by her side.  Mildred was born on August 1, 1943 in Bell County, the daughter of the late Roscoe Bradley and Mellie Jane (Smith) Barnett.

Mildred moved to Oregon at a young age where she resided until five years ago, when she moved to Lewisburg, KY to be closer to her sister.  Mildred loved the outdoors, playing bingo, spending time with her family and her dog “Kaylee”.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Sells; three sisters and three brothers.

She is survived by her stepson, Wayne Sells of Oregon; siblings, Joe (Sandi) Barnett of Central Point, OR, Shirl (Alice) Barnett of Middlesboro, KY and Kathy Barnett Griffith of Lewisburg, KY; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, KY with a graveside service immediately following at the Barnett Family Cemetery in Middlesboro, KY.
