Marvin Gulley

Marvin Gulley, age 86 of Cumberland Gap, TN went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Diversicare Claiborne in Tazewell, TN.  He was born October 1, 1934, the son of the late Meak Gulley.

He was a Christian who believed in the Baptist faith and was a wonderful husband and father.  He also loved his family and loved to play music.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Lorene Gulley; his father, Meak Gulley and his stepmother, Bonnie Gulley.

He is survived by his sons, Mike (Tyra) Gulley and Alan (Carolyn) Gulley, both of Cumberland Gap, TN; grandchildren, Ashleigh (Nick) Eller, Jake (Sara) Gulley, Adam (Krystal) Gulley, Matt (Casey) Gulley, and Candace (Wes) Hoskins; great grandchildren, Noah, Olivia, Ted, Luke, Kirra, Willa Grace and Grant; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family of Marvin Gulley will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY.  Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Richard Barnett & Rev. Scott Cannon presiding.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Kibert Cemetery in Cumberland Gap, TN.  Pallbearers will be his grandsons.  Honorary pallbearers will be Don Gulley and Keith Barton.

All Covid-19 regulations, including masks and social distancing will be observed.
