Linda Meyers

Linda (Ivy) Meyers age 81 of Middlesboro, KY passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022 in the Middlesboro ARH.  She was born January 22, 1941 the daughter of the late Albert Ivy and Cordie Clendenion Ivy in Parsons, TN.  Linda was preceded by her parents, her husband Ulis Meyers, sons Lynn Hill and Mark Hill, one adopted daughter Candice Meyers.

She made Middlesboro her home for over 40 years.  Linda loved this town and the view of the mountains. She was a member of the Monarch Church of God Mountain Assembly of Middlesboro, KY.  She loved the Lord and dedicated her life to serving others.  She had a special place in her heart for children and lost souls. Her goal was to help lead others to the Lord.

Linda is survived by her daughter Jennifer Herbert, adopted daughters Teresa Starrett, Caylee Meyers, Carlee Meyers, three adopted son Michael Starrett and her beloved great granddaughter Caylynn Thacker whom she raised as her own. In addition to several other grandchildren and great grandchildren who will miss her greatly.

The family of Linda Meyers will gather on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 for a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, KY with Rev. Paul Gilbert officiating.  Music will be provided by the Monarch Church of God Choir.
