J uanita Hawk, 87, of Middlesboro, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at the Middlesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, surrounded by her family.
She was born May 15, 1932 in Clairfield, TN the daughter of the late John and Nora Murray McDaniel. She was a member of the Middlesboro Church of God Mountain Assembly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Fred Hawk, Daughter: Barbara Partin, Son: Vincent Hawk, Brother: Aubrey McDaniel, Sisters: Carolyn Taylor and Loretta Jordan; Grandson: Willie Suttles and Great-Grandsons: Hayden Guy, Shane Burchfield and Brantley Hawk. Daughter in law: Sue Hawk.
She is survived by the following members of her family:
Sons: David (Liz) Hawk, Ronnie (Patty) Hawk and Allen Hawk.
Daughters: Pat (Gene) Owens, Janis (Gerald) Cook, Sue (Johnny) England, Linda (Benny) Barnett, Arleen (Larry) Wilson and Diane Hawk.
Brothers: Bill (Linda) McDaniel and Wade (Deborah) McDaniel
21 Grandchildren and a host of Great and Great-Great Grandchildren
And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 14, at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michael Padgett presiding. Music will be provided by Rev. Mike Padgett, Glenda Duffield and Ronnie Johnson. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 15, at Green Hills Memorial Gardens. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 14, at the Creech Funeral Home.
