Joe Randall Bullins, age 65, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025. He was born March 21, 1959, the son of the late Mary Alice Bullins and Ernest Hawk of Middlesboro, KY.
Joe will be remembered fondly for his generous spirit and his remarkable ability to bring a smile to anyone's face. His warm personality and infectious laughter left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate enough to know him. A man of simple joys, Joe found great pleasure in junking and scraping, where he often spent hours indulging in his favorite pastime.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mona Bullins; brothers, Mike Bullins and Bill Bullins; sisters, Sherry Partin, Linda Bullins and Rosetta Partin.
Joe was a devoted husband and father. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jason (MaryBeth) Bullins, Jeffery Bullins, Maryann Christopher (Tom Isaacs), Joe L. Bullins and Joann Bullins; thirteen grandchildren, Jaron Warf, Colton Jones, Seth Huff, Bridget Bullins, J.J. Bullins, Kaylee Slusher (Mills), Courtney Turner (Mills), McKenzie Bullins, Ethan Bullins, Tianna Christopher, Stephanie Christopher, Jacob Christopher and Madison Blevins; great grandchildren, Kasen Bays, Haisley Christopher and Ryker Parker; siblings, Debra Bullins, Lisa Barnett, Beulah Davis and Eddie Partin; special friends, Jack Gore and Shelia Duncan; along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who will remember his kindness and unique ability to connect with others.
Joe will be greatly missed, yet his spirit will continue to inspire those who loved him. His life was a testament to the importance of family, friendship, and spreading joy to those around him.
Joe’s family will receive friends on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, Kentucky. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Jeremy Sanders presiding.
At the conclusion of the funeral service, family and friends will follow in procession to Hensley’s Cemetery, Middlesboro, KY, where graveside services will be held. Pallbearers will be Tom Isaacs, Hunter Bays, Jeffery Bullins, Ethan Bullins, Brandon Moyers and David Monday.
