Joan Price

Joan Chadwell Price, age 73, of Speedwell, TN, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Tennova Healthcare in LaFollette, TN.

She was born on June 1, 1947 in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Charles Nathan Chadwell and Lydia Cowan Chadwell. She believed in the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, R.V. Chadwell and A.B. Chadwell; her sister, Betty Chadwell Daniels and sisters-in-law Mary Chadwell and Yvonne Chadwell.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Son, Dustin Price

Granddaughter, Alyiah Mae Price

Brothers, Jack Chadwell, Alva (Sharon) Chadwell and Jimmy (Beverly) Chadwell

Sister-in-law, Georgia Chadwell

One special cousin, Evelene

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 24, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon with Pastor Jack E. Chadwell and Jimmy Chadwell presiding.  Family members will serve as pallbearers.

Graveside service will immediately follow at the Carr Cemetery in Speedwell, TN.
