Janet Phelps

Janet Lynn Phelps, 56, of Middlesboro, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at her home.

She was born February 24, 1965 in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Fred and Blanche Sparks Phelps.  She was a member of the Northside Baptist Church.  She had worked at Middlesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and Pastor, Randy Phelps.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Nephew: Ryan (Alexis) Phelps

Great Niece: Rylee Jasmine Phelps

Sister in law: Star Phelps

Sister at heart: Kim Norton

And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral  services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dale Jones presiding.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 24, at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, at the Cawood Funeral Home.
