Jackie Fultz

Jackie “Jack” Fultz, age 73, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021. He was born on July 21, 1948, in Middlesboro, KY, to the late Walter and Virgie Fultz.

He was preceded in passing by his brother, Bill; and his sister, Lois.

Jack is survived by the following members of his family:

Daughters, Michelle, Tanya, Gayeleen

Sons, Jeffrey and Jackie

and Sisters, Mae Beeler and Kay Laws

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY.  Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Mike Padgett presiding.  Graveside services will immediately follow the funeral service in the Harrogate Cemetery in Harrogate, TN.
