Irene Parker

Irene Jones Parker, age 73, of Speedwell, TN, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at the Lafollette Medical Center, Lafollette, TN.

She was born July 2, 1947 in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late George B. Jones and Reba Noe Jones.  She was a member of the Beans Fork Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Children: Shelley (Vic) Graves and Andy (Jessica) Parker

Grandchildren: Canaan and Lane Graves, Mattie and Emma Parker

1 Sister: Barbara Mason

Brothers:  Billy Jones of Middlesboro, KY, Jack Jones of Frakes, KY and Charlie Jones of Morristown, TN

Special niece Kim Miracle and brother-in-law Bo Maxwell.

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, August 13, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, KY.

Funeral services will immediately follow with the Rev. Andy Parker and Rev. Kojak Graves presiding.  Music will be provided by the Graves Family.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Friday, August 14,  at the Hill Cemetery in Speedwell, TN.  Family and friends may gather at the cemetery prior to services.

Pallbearers will be Canaan Graves, Lane Graves, Derrick Miracle, Jon Graves, Russell Miracle and Aiden Shankelton.
