Helen Elsie Stepp

Helen Elsie Stepp, age 95, of Guston, KY, formerly of Bell County, KY, entered into rest on Monday, December 9, 2024. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Edward Stepp; son, Lewis Stepp; daughter, Sue Phelps; stepson, David Stepp; brother, Jerry Huff; and sisters, Lucy Hudson, Kathleen Rice, and Gearldine Taylor.

She is survived by her daughters, Jeanie Mattingly (Darrell), Debbie Foster, and Mary Sheeley (Jerry); brothers, Finley Huff, Jr., and Clay Huff; sisters, Doris Eads, Joyce Huff, and Carolyn Barton; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren. 

The family of Helen E. Stepp will receive friends on Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, Fairdale, KY. 

The family of Helen E. Stepp will receive friends on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 10 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, KY. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Ray Stepp presiding. 

At the conclusion of the funeral service, family and friends will travel in procession to Alva Memorial Cemetery, Pathfork, KY, where graveside services will be held.
