Hazel Parks, 88, of Frakes, KY, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at the Middlesboro ARH.

She was born June 12, 1933 in Valley Creek, TN, the daughter of the late Wilton and Dulley Mae Evans Michael.  She was a member of the Tiperell Community Full Gospel Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Bill Parks, 2 sons: Jerry and Allen Parks and 1 daughter: Debbie Marcum.  She is survived by the following members of her family:

2 Children: Rev. Johnny (Jean) Parks and Shonda (George) Lay

Brother: Gene (Dorothy) Michael

Sister: Sue Drummonds

14 grandchildren and a host of great and great-great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Friday, September 24, 2021 at the Cawood Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be held at 4:00 at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Cecil Johnson presiding.  Burial will immediately follow the service.
