Geneva Wright

Geneva Roy Wright, age 88, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 7, 2022, at the Middlesboro Healthcare Facility in Middlesboro, KY.  She was born August 25, 1933, in Straight Creek, Bell County, KY.  Geneva belonged to Southside Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Roxie Roy; sister, Ruth Gibson; and brothers Hayward Roy and Fremont Roy.

She is survived by her husband, Randall Wright; son, Jeffrey Wright; as well as many nieces and nephews, friends, and her church family.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 14, 2022, from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. John Gibbons presiding in the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel.  Music will be provided by Eddie and Judy Adkins.

Graveside services will be held immediately following the funeral service at Green Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Middlesboro, KY.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
