Diana Mason

On February 21, 2022, the Lord came and took Diana by the hand and walked her to glory. Oh, what a glorious day! Diana was born in Middlesboro, KY on April 5, 1953. Diana was a strong woman and mighty in her faith. She was the best Mother, Grandmother, and “Gangie” that anyone could ever ask for. She never met a stranger, and if you didn’t know the Lord before you met her; you did when you left. Diana was unselfish with her life if anyone ever needed anything she was there.

There to greet her in glory was her father and mother Ira and Lillie Mason, brothers and sisters Eugene Mason, Fred Mason, and Jay Edward “J.E” Mason, Shirley (Ray) Partin, Sherry Mason, Sue Mason, brother-in-law Wentford Abbott, and the father of her children and life-long friend Louis Williams.

Left to mourn is her children, Briana Williams, Lillie (Jamie) Widener, Myra (Bo) Gambrel.

Grandchildren, Lea’Andrea Burns, Christopher Burns (Syndey Phelps), Kendall (Callie) Johnson, Brandon Johnson, Makenzie Spanski, Austin Widener, Payton Widener, Aaron Gambrel, and Rebekah Gambrel (Dalton Miracle). Those who she considered her grandchildren, William New, Caden Zoulek, Paige Spanski, and Alexavier Buttery.

Family will be receiving friends Monday, February 28, 2022, 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Cawood Funeral home. Funeral Services will follow at 6:00pm with Rev. Paul Daniel officiating. Burial services will be private.
