Debbie Kay Mullins Owens

Debbie Kay Mullins Owens, age 55, of Middlesboro, KY, went to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. She was born on November 10, 1969, in Middlesboro, KY, to Retha Miracle Mullins and the late Lemuel Mullins. 

Debbie was saved at the age of 13 and was a faithful member of Lighthouse Tabernacle. Her kindness toward others was always evident no matter what came her way. She was able to brighten anyone’s day with her bright green eyes and beautiful smile. She was loved by all who knew her. 

Debbie was a nail tech for over 20 years. In her spare time, she loved to be outside in the sun; whether mowing the grass, keeping her home beautiful, or spending time with her family. She was the best daughter, wife, mother, mother-in-law, and friend that anyone could have asked for. 

In addition to her father, Debbie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Curtis and Lettie Miracle and Arch and Mae Mullins.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 32 years, Michael Owens; children, Kayla (Jared) Hoskins and Mica Owens; and mother, Retha Miracle Mullins; as well as a host of other family and friends.
