Clint Emerick Wilson, age 46, of Tazewell,TN, entered his Heavenly home on Saturday, January 11, 2025. He was born in Woodstock, IL, on August 27, 1978, to the late Jerry Wayne Wilson, former Middlesboro Police Officer, and Mary DeReadt Wilson, who survives him.
Clint was a long-time truck driver whose sense of adventure made each trip something to look forward to. He enjoyed opportunities to discover new places and, for him, the more adventurous, the better. Clint was a fun-loving man who truly enjoyed life. It was a great pleasure for him to make people smile. These traits made him well-liked by many, but it was his children who adored their fun dad.
In addition to his father, Clint was preceded in death by his grandparents, many beloved uncles and aunts, and several cousins.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Nathanual Emerick Wilson and Emily Jade Wilson; his mother, Mary “Tootsie” Wilson; his brother, Travis Jeremy Wilson, who went missing over 17 years ago; his ex-wife, Leslie Wilson; his beloved ex-mother-in-law, Ollie Howerton; and his caring, loving aunt, Erika Wilson; as well as a host of other family and friends.
