Charles Upton

Charles Dallas Upton, age 22, of Pineville, KY, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021.  He was born July 23, 1999, the son of Charles Lee Upton of Middlesboro, KY and Misty Upton (Jeffery Hollingsworth) of Pineville, KY.

He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.  He was extremely loyal to his family and friends.  He would always go to great links to protect those he loved.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Ray Upton, and Charles and Shirley Hollingsworth.

He is survived by the following members of his family:

Parents, Charles Lee Upton of Middlesboro, KY and Misty Upton (Jeffery Hollingsworth) of Pineville, KY

Grandparents, Faye (Jack) Taral of Streator, IL, Joann Cox of Pineville, KY, and JR Gross of Barbourville, KY

Fiancé, Savannah Williams of Speedwell, TN

Siblings and Stepsiblings, Mercedes K. Upton, James Upton, Ryan Hollingsworth, Logan Upton, Kaylee Henderson, Ashley Hollingsworth, Brittany Hollingsworth, Scotty Hollingsworth, Jeremy Hollingsworth, Brandon Hollingsworth, and William Hollingsworth

And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel in Middlesboro, KY.  Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Tim Hobart Mills and Reverend Mitchell Partin presiding.

Pallb earers will be Charles Upton, John L. Cox, Jeffery Hollingsworth, Willie Collett, Jacob Miller, Brandon Hollingsworth, Jeremy Hollingsworth, and Charlie Hollingsworth.  Graveside service will immediately follow the funeral service at Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro, KY.
