Carolyn Vires

Carolyn Sue Vires, age 66, a resident of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at the Pineville Community Health Center in Pineville, Kentucky.

She was born in Harlan, Kentucky on June 9, 1953 to the late Noah and Virgie Hensley Roark.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Roark and brother-in-law, Kenny Terrell

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Children: Jeff (Rebecca) Roark of Corbin, Kentucky and Amy Vires of Middlesboro, Kentucky

Grandchildren: Devon Roark, Jasmine Brown, Mackenzie Brown and Chloe Brown

Siblings: Ray Roark, Mary Terrell, Terry Roark and Sherri (JayDee) Daniels

And a host of many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of the Pineville Community Health Center for all of their great care.

In observance of the current COVID-19 guidelines, all services will be private. Burial will be held at the Hensley Cemetery in Smith, KY.
