Carl Smith

Carl Edward Smith, age 54, a resident of Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee.

He was born on October 26, 1965 to his parents Nathan Ballard Smith who survives and Connie Lee Smith. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jessie Smith and his daughter, Jennifer Smith.

He is survived by the following members of his family:

Father: Nathan Ballard Smith

3 sons: Christopher Smith, Tommy Smith and Joey Smith

Grandkids: Kaelyn Smith, Lexie Smith, Makenzie Bays, Kierra Bays, Blaiton Smith, Brooklynn Smith, Ali Bailey and Everly Thomas

Brother: Jimmy Smith

4 sisters: Linda Hall, Julie Gabbard, Gail Gabbard and Sarah Laws

And a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Per the request of the family, there will be a memorial service held at a later date.
