Barbara Hughes

Barbara Ann Hughes, age 71, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2019 at her home in Middlesboro, Kentucky. She was born on April 13, 1948 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to the late William Lee Justice and Lillian Dorothy Moore Justice.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doug Hughes; brother, Glen Justice; and baby brother, Wendell Justice.
She is survived by the following members of her family:
Son: Jeffery Douglas Hughes
Daughter: April Hughes
Brothers: William Justice, Paul Justice, Bob Justice and Wayne Justice
Sister: Phyllis Goins
Grandchildren: Charles Douglas Hughes and his wife Kimberly Hughes, Adam Hughes and Gabriella Hughes
Dear friends: Sally Evans, Jeanetta Hughes, Joyce Middleton and Wilma Justice
And a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Middlesboro, Kentucky. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Medley presiding.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at the River Hill Cemetery in Harrogate, Tennessee. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
